 About the Arts Center 

 

 

 

Our Mission:

To create opportunities for education, participation, appreciation and enjoyment of the arts for all people

 

 

 

Gallery Receptions are every first Sunday of the month from 1-3pm. A time to honor the Artist of the month and see the new monthly exhibit. Subject to Change.

Party in the Park is hosted every spring. It is an event that is free and fun for kids, teens and adults. Art exhibitors and vendors strut their best and brightest during this event.

Downtown Art Walks are held quarterly in the historic downtown Russellville. Visitors stroll through the streets, look at art displays, and new merchandise from the stores, while listening to local bands

Visual Art Camp – Campers will be exposed to quality art exhibits to encourage art appreciation, understanding and investigating the language of art. Classes are taught by degreed art instructors

Performing Art– These sessions are designed as a fun way to introduce campers to learning words related to acting and the stage, follow orders, voice projection and focus.

Classes All year  -We offer an array of art classes all year. We have several kids classes such as pottery, afternoon artist, camps, paper mache, and many more. We also have many adult classes including watercolor, oil, photography, drawing, pottery, and various others.

 

 

 

 

 

·         Classroom visits are always encouraged. Our facilities are for those who love art and want to further themselves and the community with their talents.  So please feel free to come check us out.
